How to apply for a student visa ?

After collecting visa document, contact you will have to apply for the visa in the country mentioned in your invitation letter in the visa field or to the nearest visa center if you have one in your country.

Check the visa center website VFS global https://www.vfsglobal.com/en/individuals/index.html 

  • Original Study invitation letter
  • Valid Passport for one year at least
  • Birth certificate, legalized from the ministry of foreign affairs in your country of residence
  • School transcript legalized from the ministry of foreign affairs in your country of residence
  • Medical test, HIV & VIRUS C, legalized from the ministry of foreign affairs in your country of residence
  • Bank Statement covering your expenses for the first year in Ukraine
