How to apply for Admission letter ?

We have divided the admission procedure into few steps to be easy and clear to our future students

Step #1 - Collecting Documents

The very first step is to collect the right documents needed for university admission

  1. Valid passport for 1 year at least
  2. School transcript
Step #2 - preparing Documents

In this step, you will need to take a clear scan copy of the documents in the following formats

  • jpg
  • png

Copies must be created by scanner only, mobile phone pictures are not accepted.

Each document must be scanned separately.

Step #3 - Online Application

Fill our online application carefully with accurate information as we will use this information for further procedures.

At the end of the application there will be a section for uploading your scanned documents, upload your documents and submit the application.

After we receive your application we will review your documents and reply to you within 24 hours, in the case of any delays you can contact us by email on admission@edudelta.org or by WhatsApp on +380636699935 to check your application status.

Step #4 - Application Fees

Once your application is accepted we will send you an invoice with admission fees:

  • Admission fees: 200$ USD (visa support letter fees included)
  • Express Shipping fees: 100$ USD (DHL, UPS, Aramex, or FedEx)

Accepted payments:

  • Visa/Mastercard
  • Western Union
  • Swift Transfer
Step #5 - Receiving Admission letter

After the payment is received, we will start issuing your study invitation letter (admission letter) . 

Admission procedure takes from 2 -3 working days for 

After your letter is issued we will send scanned copy of the invitation letter by email and we will send you the original letter to your home address in the application (please make sure to write accurate and exact address in the application).

Express shipping requires 2-5 to be shipped to your address.
